St. Francis feels that our oldest students deserve extended privileges in the area of personal appearance.  Towards this end we have provided greater choice for students in the seventh and eighth grades.  However, our school reserves the right to amend this policy if the need arises.  Again, these changes should be viewed as a privilege and not a right.  St. Francis reserves the right to make final decisions on any uniform choices.

GYM UNIFORMS  Gym uniform regulations are the same for all students (both boys and girls)

There are four parts to the official gym uniform.  All are green and have the school logo. Uniforms must be purchased at Flynn and O’Hara.

1.       T-shirt

2.       Shorts

3.       Sweatpants

4.       Sweatshirt

When the weather changes, students are expected to have the correct gym uniform for the weather on hand.

Socks are to be white and cover the ankle.

Tennis shoes are to be worn.  NO skateboard shoes or `Wheelies. An extra pair of shoes (can be regular school shoes) should be brought for all children in grades 3-8 so that mud won’t be tramped in when the fields are wet.

At the discretion of the Principal/Faculty “dress down” days may be given.
