 STAND for the Safety and Protection of Children - Volunteer Application
This process is MANDATORY for any volunteer, inclduing family members, who wish to serve as field trip chaperones, classroom volunteers, or in any other capacity that involves working with children.

•     STEP 1: Application Form (2 pages English)
•     STEP 2:  Consent form for Volunteer Criminal History Screening
  
•     STEP 3:  Reference Check Form (English) - PRINT 3, give to references, have them mail to the school
•     STEP 4:  Online Training - watch this video (1/5 to 2 hours), print certificate when completed (LOGIN for the video is stfrancisofassisi and the PASSWORD is archbalt.)
  
•     STEP 5:  Bring the application form, consent form, and certificate from online training to the school office.  As soon as all three references are received, you will receive a verification card, which is good for five years.
